Earlier in his career, he led sales organizations that had revenues from $2 mil to $500 mil, managed staffs of 100 people or more, and was a company officer. Prior to his current role, Jerry was successful in establishing and running his own consulting firm which focused on developing companies with revenues under $5 mil. He holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Wisconsin.
