Most would agree that key customer, colleague and leadership team relationships are a critical driver of business results and career advancement. But knowing where one stands and how to advance these relationships is often a difficult challenge. While traditional 360° feedback methods attempt to address this, they tend be “one-way” assessments that only gather perspective from one side of a business relationship. In addition, they reveal little about the priorities and expectations that each executive brings to each relationship.

Truly high-performing business relationships require a mutual, “two way” understanding of the expectations, perceptions and trust that exists between people, as these are the foundation for all productive collaboration. Without these, even sincere and well meaning executives can remain like two ships passing in the night, unable to see or understand the unique expectations and perceptions each has of the other. Or worse, simple misunderstandings of intent can grow into destructive resentment and distrust.

Our Relational 360 Feedback & Coaching program resolves these issues with a unique, “dual evaluation” that:

- Quantifies relationship strength from the perspective of both individuals;
- Elicits the priorities and expectations that each brings to the relationship;
- Confidentially assesses the performance of each individual relative to those priorities and expectations;
- Delivers diagnostic insight and guidance on how to improve relationship strength and effectivness;
- Provides expert coaching support from accomplished executives to guide professional development;
- Includes follow-up evaluations to track relationship progress and improvement.

Groups and individuals that participate in this program receive the following:

- The opportunity to evaluate their relationships with up to ten other individuals;
- A summary report that benchmarks relationship expectations, strengths and opportunities across all participants;
- Individual reports for each relationship evaluated, diagnosing participant expectations and shared performance on them;
- Recommended action items and focus areas for relationship improvement;
- Executive coach feedback and results interpretation.
