Skip is a founder of The Touchstone Partnership, Ltd. and serves as its President and Managing Principal. He leads this firm that is focused on enhancing revenues, improving quality and effectiveness in everything the organization does and increasing customer satisfaction resulting in sustained profitability, growth and success. In addition to Touchstone, he has worked for two international consulting firms where he developed new services/products, built new practice areas, and had primary responsibility for business development and sales. He has led leadership, organization development and change projects for Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-sized and emerging businesses and nonprofits. He regularly serves as a trusted business advisor for senior leaders and has developed and implemented mentor programs for high potential leaders. Skip is a graduate of Penn State and completed advanced course work at Temple University School of Law. He has participated in numerous professional development programs that he either led or attended.
